My goal is leadership;

WHY LEADERSHIP IS IMPORTANT?

Leadership is an important function of management which helps to maximize efficiency and to achieve organizational goals. Leadership means instructing the subordinates the way they have to perform their work efficiently and effectively.

Having a mission for your team or organization is the best reason for wanting to be a leader. The best leaders put most of their time and energy into helping other people be more successful by making connections, giving feedback, and providing the resources they need.

CHALLENGES WHICH I FACED:

As I haven’t experience leadership before so I faced challenges mentioned below,

Ø Lacking communication power

Ø Time management

Ø Trust building

Ø Conflicts with colleagues

Ø Low motivation

Ø Clarity

Ø Hesitation

TOOK INITIATIVE AS A LEADER:

But I gave try and took initiative in my surrounding when I was in school. When I entered the classroom after lunch time I saw the class was very messy, there were lots of wrappers, and garbage lying on the floor. I immediately took actions and apply Amal.

My actions are mentioned below…

1. I encourage students regarding cleanliness with the Hadith

صفاٰئ نصف ایمان ھے

2. I gave instruction to the student.

3. I asked them to clean up their classroom.

(BEFORE) when the garbage was lying on the floor.

(AFTER) when I instruct and motivate students.

(AFTER) when students followed my instruction and clean up the class.

(BEFORE) when the garbage was lying on the floor.

(AFTER) when I instruct students and motivate them.

(AFTER) when students followed my instruction and they clean up the mess.

MY EXPERIENCE AS A LEADER:

My experience as a leader being a teacher was so wonderful that I take initiative to take responsibility of maintaining discipline in my school. The students were managed and discipline was maintained. I serve as role model and encourage them regarding cleanliness. As they were motivated and they commit a promise that they will always keep their classroom clean. Some of the students raise their questions with the conflicts, I answered them with clarity and resolve their conflicts. Then they were pleasured by me and feels happy at last that I gave awareness regarding the importance of cleanliness to them.

MY NEXT STEP:

My next step for grooming up my leadership skills is that I want to work on my abilities, capabilities and aptitude more. I will be practicing and experiencing my leadership on daily basis so that I will be the good leader.
